A graduate of The University of Texas in Austin, and The University of Texas School of Law in 1969, Mr. McLemore has spent the last 30+ years working almost exclusively with business owners - from entrepreneurial start-ups to seasoned operators - in every aspect of their business, including management, mergers, acquisitions, purchases and sales.

Mr. McLemore has also been personally involved with the creation, operation, purchase and sale of several businesses over the years, beginning with the creation of a popular Austin, TX. restaurant while still a student in law school.
